Changing Places facility in the Fort William campus building

In 2015 UHI West Highland invested in a Changing Places assisted accessible toilet, in our main building on the Fort William campus.

The Changing Places toilet gives more space and appropriate equipment for students/staff/visitors who need the help of a carer to undertake their personal hygiene. It's primarily for college students and staff but is also available to be used by the many visitors to the college.

The facility incorporates the additional assistive technology of a hoist, privacy screen, height adjustable adult-sized changing bench and shower.

Access to the changing places facility is by radar key. Please contact the Customer Services desk for access to this facility if you do not possess a radar key or for details of changes to opening hours.
