Our School of Adventure Studies is based in Fort William, the outdoor capital of the UK, and the Isle of Skye.  Both of these west coast locations are a magnet for adventure enthusiasts, with our rivers, mountain and coastal waters the perfect outdoor classroom. If you love the outdoors and want to make a career out of your passion, the School of Adventure Studies is for you, with one-year, undergraduate and postgraduate courses to choose from in the tourism, adventure and marine sectors.  

Over on the east coast, you can study golf on the doorstep of one of Scotland’s most famous links, The Royal Dornoch, with unique degrees in golf management and professional golf in some of the most advanced golf training facilities in the UK.  

Head further north and you’ll find Halkirk, near Thurso, home to our world class equine facilities. Our courses are a unique blend of equine, business and sport modules, with practical riding modules throughout the course to suit those who want to make a career out of their passion.
