Engagement Lead

Position: We are seeking a Engagement Lead, to be based at our Stornoway campus. 

 

Responsibilities: To be the key contact for the schools in the area, attending parents events and other events to promote the college.  To engage with the local business community, offering training courses and packages.  To engage with the wider community offering short courses and events.  The post holder will oversee campus operations and have line management responsibility for Engagement Assistants. 

 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidate will be at least qualified to HND level, although a degree qualification is desirable.  Experience of providing a high quality customer facing role, also experience of organising events and leading a team is beneficial to the role. 

 

A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
