With 19 campuses and centres across the North and West Highlands, Skye, and Outer Hebrides, we cover a geographic area larger than Wales, comprising 40% of Scotland’s coastline. Our campuses and centres are located within historic towns and villages, set amongst the shorelines, mountains, and moors, with local staff working across our region to support our students and communities.
Position: We are seeking a dynamic Student Records Manager to lead our dedicated student records team.
Responsibilities: In this key role, you will drive the operational delivery of a high-quality student records service across our campuses, working closely with the Head of Student Experience to enhance the student journey. You’ll oversee registry, admissions, and timetabling functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of consistency and excellence across a geographically dispersed team.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will hold a relevant academic or professional qualification at minimum SCQF Level 9 (SCQF Level 9).
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
