Position: We are seeking a Module Leader and Lecturer (maternity cover) at the School of Adventure Studies. The role will involve the specialist delivery, assessment and leadership on our third year (SCQF Level 9) undergraduate degree module Adventure Therapy, within our School of Adventure Studies degree programmes. Responsibilities: The post is on a fixed term contract and involves the module leadership, planning and delivery on our undergraduate Adventure Therapy module. The contract is across 17 weeks with a 12 week, in person delivery between September and December 2025 along with associated planning, marking and exam board responsibilities. This module is delivered at our Fort William Campus, currently on Monday mornings from 9:30am until 12:30pm (there may be some small flexibility in timings and delivery style to accommodate if necessary).
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidate will ideally be working in a similar role in Higher Education and have Practitioner experience in Adventure Therapy or related practices, as well as in a range of outdoor activity disciplines.
