Position: We are seeking a Lecturer – Art (Maternity cover), to be based at our Taigh Chearsabhagh campus.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide structured training to students using a variety of approaches to enable them to meet the standards required. Carrying out assessments to the standards set by the industry/awarding body, maintaining accurate assessment records, evaluating student performance and achievement, making recommendations and highlighting support needs as appropriate are also requirements of the role.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidate will hold an SCQF level 7-12 qualification, normally above the level being taught and in a relevant subject area and have a teaching qualification, preferably TQFE, PGDE or equivalent, Masters in Education and / or working towards.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
