Position: We are seeking a Learning Development Worker to be based at our Thurso, Dornoch or Alness campus.

Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for guiding and supporting students alongside curriculum and professional services staff to deliver an excellent student experience. You will take an active role in improving student retention, attainment and positive student outcomes.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will hold a relevant qualification in the subject area - at minimum SCQF Level 7. You will have experience in facilitating group activity, guiding and mentoring and working in a person-centred environment. Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills are required for this role. A professional qualification related to support and guidance; mentoring and coaching would be advantageous.

A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
