Our NQ Beauty Therapy Services and Treatments course at SCQF Level 6 is made up of a range of National Progression Awards (NPAs), offering learners the opportunity to specialise in key areas of the beauty industry through flexible, industry-focused qualifications. Specialist treatment areas include:
- Body Massage and Wrap Treatments
- Customised Make-up and Eye Treatments
- Hand, Foot and Sculptured Nails
- Freeform Sculpture using Light Curing Gel
- Waxing
- Facial Techniques
- Facial Treatment Packages
These qualifications are designed to reflect current industry practice and National Occupational Standards (NOS), helping learners develop advanced practical treatment skills alongside professional working practices, client care and communication skills.
Successful completion of NC5 Beauty Therapy guarantees entry to the course.
We will also consider applications from candidates with previous experience, which should be identified within the personal statement.

On campus - You will learn on campus through timetabled classes with your lecturer. Your learning could take place in a workshop, studio, classroom, specialist facility or an outdoor location. You'll use our virtual learning environment to access resources and complete assessments.
