Our Social Care Introductory Program SCQF Level 5 offers a comprehensive introduction to the sector, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Through immersive learning experiences, including virtual reality simulations and first aid training, you'll be equipped to provide compassionate, person-centred care. This course is ideal for school leavers, career changers, and those wishing to upskill. Upon successful completion, you will be guaranteed an interview with a local care service, providing a direct pathway into employment if suitable.

Entry requirements

Learners should have three National 4 qualifications. Those with sufficient experience of working in a health and social care field will be considered on experience and interview.

  • Introduction to Basic First Aid
