Entry requirements

  • Entry to course is by application, including a short assessment which should take up to 60 minutes. This will ensure you are offered a place on the most appropriate course. You will find a link to the application form at the bottom of each course page. The assessment as part of the application will allow e-Sgoil teaching staff to best place you on the most appropriate course for your prior learning experience

These courses, which run at National 4, National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher, aim to offer students the chance to gain a recognised qualification in Gaelic and to allow for progression from previous learning. Please note, current school pupils in a Scottish secondary school may find that the offer during the school day is more appropriate.
