Part-time Lecturer in Professional Cookery & Hospitality

Salary range £35,170 – £43,357 excluding Islands Allowance (pro-rata)

Applications are invited for the above post located at our campus in Stornoway. The successful candidate will be contracted to work 17.5 hours per week.
The post holder will teach within the Sustainable Development & Social Sciences Department and contribute to the development, planning and delivery of our Professional Cookery and Hospitality curriculum in National Progression Awards at SCQF Levels 4 and 5 and a National Certificate (NC) course at SCQF Level 5. Applicants will participate in the administration of the course, support students and carry out other activities as requested. Candidates should be qualified to HNC level or higher in a relevant subject and/or have relevant industry experience.
